Its great to have a life plan; but sometimes life gets in the way.

  Choose Happiness and Inner Peace. Begin with the next breath you take. We breathe until we die, take in all that is good and bad in the world and return it better than when you took it in. See yourself making the air around you better, more positive, and peaceful. Find true peace and happiness with every breath and radiate what you find.

There is bliss inside of you. One must try to be quiet to find this bliss.

Today is a great day to work on myself and share with others. If I want to keep growing spiritually I have to be open to all views, values, and principles.

Yin and yang can be thought of as complementary (rather than opposing) forces that interact to form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the assembled parts. Everything has both yin and yang aspects, (for instance shadow cannot exist without light). Either of the two major aspects may manifest more strongly in a particular object, depending on the criterion of the observation. The yin yang shows a balance between two opposites with a little bit in each.

There are only two things that we really have control over, our thoughts and our actions. When we take this fact to heart and learn that we are really only our thoughts and actions. We can adjust them to move us closer to having True Happiness, on our way to having the things and relationships we want in our lives. Our thoughts determine  the actions that we take on a daily basis and our actions define who we are.

Nothing ever goes away, until it has taught us what we need to know.

Empathy is part of my spiritual journey and the oneness found has eased my suffering.

Being of Spirit and Human

Our spirit and more importantly our connection with God and the energy that we come from, is what keeps our human side from getting out of control and wreaking havoc on our lives and the lives of those we relate with in this life. That’s not to say that being human and doing things that are good for our human life, body and environment is all bad. Quite the contrary. We are human and we are not immune to desires or desiring the things that make us feel good and want for the things that are beyond the things we need for our existence. Nor, are we wrong to pursue those things and do the things that would make feel good. When we are in touch with our spirit and living as or being of that spiritual energy, we are less likely to do things that will make us burn in hell. Read more about Hell Click Here.

What is Center

The center we are talking about is YOU. You are the only one in this world that is like you. You are unique you are the center of the universe right now.  Understand you are of the universe, yet only now are you here in a human form. Finding the center is about finding your place at the center of the universe. When you embrace your human form and know the Universe goes in every direction from you. DEALING WITH LOSS

Today is a new day and we hope you all find things that make you all more of the person you want to be and ways to get the things you want in your lives.

The recovery of our inner spirit is in the process not in the outcome and is all about what we are doing in this moment.

Be great example in who you are and the things you do.
Be happy with and value the people and things you have now.
Define the things you need, want and the person you want to be.
Define a difference between want and need.
Set realistic goals to have those things you need and want.
Make daily improvement to move closer to reaching those goals.
Remain teachable and learn something from every person and situation you meet.
Rid yourself of things that are holding you back.
Give your best to what you are doing and stay focused on the task at hand.
Evaluate things you are doing that are or not helping you move closer to your goals.
Continue to be a great example in who you are and the things you do.

MEDITATION

A very simple way of meditating is concentrating on your breath. The breath is like a bridge between your body and mind. When you concentrate on your breath for a while, your body becomes relaxed and your mind becomes peaceful.
